Return Policy
Jewelry Essentia accepts return requests within 10 calendar days from the
date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unworn and unused
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase must be provided
- The security seal must remain fully intact and must not be broken,
removed, or tampered with
Returns will not be accepted if the security seal has been removed,
broken, altered, or shows any signs of tampering.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged
unless they arrive defective or damaged.
Why is the security seal required?
The security seal guarantees that the item has not been worn or altered.
This policy protects product authenticity, hygiene standards, and quality
assurance.
How do I request a return?
To request a return, please contact our support team within 10 days of

If the return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning
the item.
Who is responsible for return shipping costs?
Unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect, the customer is
responsible for return shipping costs.
What items are not eligible for return?
Returns will not be accepted if:
- The security seal has been removed or tampered with
- The item shows signs of wear or use
- The item is damaged after delivery
- The return request is made after the 10-day return window
- The item is a pair of earrings, unless defective or damaged on arrival
When will my refund be issued?
Once the returned item is received and inspected, and if it meets the
return conditions, the refund will be processed to the original payment
method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
