RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Returns

At Essentia Jewelry, we accept returns within 7 calendar days from the date your order is marked as delivered.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition.

  • All original packaging must be included.

  • Protective seals (if applicable) must remain intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Returns requested after 7 days of delivery will not be accepted.

Returns must be authorized before being sent.
Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Important Return Conditions

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Essentia Jewelry is not responsible for lost return shipments.

  • We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damages & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Include clear photos of the item and packaging.

If approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement (if available), or

  • Refund to the original payment method.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale:

  • Custom or personalized jewelry

  • Made-to-order pieces

  • Special orders

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Sale or promotional items


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To change an item:

  1. Request a return within 7 days.

  2. Once approved, place a new order separately.


European Union – 14 Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, in accordance with EU consumer law.

Items must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Custom or personalized items are excluded from this right.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • We will notify you via email.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note that banks or credit card companies may require additional time to post the refund.
