Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 3:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.

During peak seasons, launches, or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

Estimated delivery time after shipment:

3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees.

Essentia Jewelry is not responsible for carrier delays due to:

  • Weather

  • High shipping volume

  • Postal service disruptions

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer


International Shipping

We offer international shipping to select countries.

Delivery times vary depending on destination and customs processing.

All international orders are shipped Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU).

This means:

  • Customs duties

  • Import taxes

  • VAT

  • Clearance fees

are the responsibility of the recipient.

Essentia Jewelry is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

If a package is refused due to unpaid duties or taxes, return shipping fees and any carrier charges will be deducted from the refund.


Made-to-Order & Out-of-Stock Items

Certain pieces may be made-to-order or temporarily out of stock.

Production time may range from 2–4 weeks before shipment.

Estimated production times will be communicated when applicable.


Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Essentia Jewelry is not responsible for:

  • Delays

  • Lost shipments

  • Additional fees

resulting from incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a shipment is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Essentia Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If you believe your package was stolen:

  • Contact the carrier directly.

  • File a claim with the carrier.

  • Contact your local authorities if necessary.

We are happy to assist with documentation if required.


Risk of Loss

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the carrier.


Order Tracking

Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.


Shipping Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse shipping to certain high-risk locations.
