At Jewelry Essentia, every piece is crafted with genuine materials and inspected before it leaves us — because a piece meant to last a lifetime should start out right.

We offer a limited warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, for defects that appear under normal use within a reasonable period after purchase.

• Craftsmanship or assembly faults present at the time of purchase

• Issue a refund, if repair or replacement isn't possible

What's Not Covered

• Normal wear and tear from everyday use

• Damage from improper handling or accidents
• Damage from chemicals, perfumes, or harsh substances
• Damage from pools, seawater, or excessive moisture
• Repairs or modifications made by third parties
• Lost or stolen items
