We currently ship within the United States. Delivery times are estimates only.

Jewelry Essentia is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Weather disruptions
  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the carrier marks the order as delivered.

7. Returns & Refunds

Gold and fine jewelry may naturally develop minor surface scratches over time and show wear consistent with normal use. This is not considered a defect.

Customers are responsible for proper care and storage. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, exposure to chemicals, alterations by third parties, or improper storage.
